Rent an RV near Live Oak, FL and camp at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, hundreds of riverside acres laid out around a festival ground.

Camping here is dominated by one enormous private park, with state options further east.
Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park: North of town on the river, an extensive private campground built around a festival ground, with serviced sites, cabins and its own amenities across hundreds of acres.
Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park: East at White Springs, pads with electric and water beside a carillon tower and a working craft village.
O'Leno State Park: Southeast at High Springs, camping under hardwood where the Santa Fe River sinks below ground and reappears downstream.
Suwannee River State Park: Just west of town and normally the obvious choice, but its campground has been closed since mid 2026, so treat it as a day visit only.
Festival weeks at the music park book a year ahead and affect the whole county.

Live Oak is small, agricultural and defined by the river that curls around it. The dominant attraction is a private music park hosting festivals through the warmer months on hundreds of riverside acres. Two spring systems nearby draw swimmers and technical cave divers respectively. The state park west of town remains open for day use with its trails and river overlooks, even though its campground is not operating.

Camper vans, Class C and Class A motorhomes and trailers in both sizes make up the Jacksonville RV Rentals list, and monthly rentals can be arranged. Festival weeks strip the calendar bare. The music park north of town is built for RVs on a scale nothing else around here matches, with serviced sites laid out for large units and wide internal roads, so length is genuinely not a problem if that is where you are staying. What is a problem is timing: during a major festival the park, the surrounding county and rental vehicles across the region all commit early. Decide your dates first and work backward. The team can tell you what remains.
